About JONO.ME
My nickname is Jono and I am from Sydney, Australia.
JONO.ME was launched 4th August 2008 as my personal blog. It’s a site where I can post my observations and document my journey as a webmaster.
I don’t want this site to add to my workload so I intend posting about once per week, documenting the progress of my various projects.
I work full-time in the software development industry (as manager of a technical services department – ie. help desk and onsite consulting) however have a strong interest in web site development and would ideally like to work full-time on my own web sites.
I am also a husband and father of two young children with the pressures of a large mortgage.
With all the different demands on my time I find it easy to get distracted. This blog is intended to encourage me to set goals and work towards achieving them.
I hope that the site will not only help me focus however will also help other webmasters in a simular situation.
